1. Is JMOH Investment, Inc. a Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Firm?
No. While we work closely both with private investors and commercial real estate brokers (CCIM), we are, first and foremost, a private commercial real estate investment firm. We manage our own current investment portfolios and also facilitate commercial real estate transactions by connecting the sellers with our investors through quick turn (wholesale) deals.
2. How much is the referral fee for a potential commercial real estate transaction after JMOH successfully closes a deal from the referral?
JMOH will pay a fee for each referral that results in a successful transaction after the closing. Depending on the upside potential in equity gain, appreciation, value and the frequency of the referrals by a single referring client, it will be anywhere from 0.5% up to 1% of the final purchase price. After the completion of a successful transaction (closing), a referral check will be mailed out shortly to the referring client's address. The final referral fee payment percentage will be subject to JMOH's internal payout scale and the executive management discretion.
